What is the Bedding for Bucks Program?
The Bedding for Bucks Program is a unique opportunity for non-profit animal focused associations and clubs in the across the world to earn cash for their organization.
As a company based on Health for Pets and Animals and Environmental concern, AirLite Animal Bedding is committed to providing support to youth & animal focused organizations. The Bedding for Bucks Program allows AirLite Animal Bedding to provide financial support on a fair and equitable basis.

Who is eligible to participate?
Any “not-for-profit” 501 (c) animal focused associations located within AirLite Animal Bedding’s service area may participate in the Bedding for Bucks Program. All funds distributed through the program must be used solely for the betterment of the pet or animal industry. Individual owners or farms may not participate except as part of a recognized non-profit approved club or association.

How does the program work?
Participating organizations collect and submit AIRBUCKS Closure Tabs with the AIRBUCKS Symbol from AirLite Animal Bedding. The organization accrues a credit of five cents (5¢) for each eligible closure tab.
What qualifies as AIRBUCKS Closure Tabs?  AIRBUCKS Symbol Closure Tab; Closure tabs are found on the top of all AirLite Animal Bedding.

How should proofs of purchases be submitted?
One person from a participating organization should be designated to collect and submit AIRBUCKS.
All tabs must be counted and packaged in an orderly fashion and submitted with completed Bedding for Bucks Redemption Form to:

Proofs of purchase may be submitted as often as desired.

May members who belong to more than one organization contribute proofs to other organizations?
Yes. Members may divide their tabs among more than one participating organization.
However, only one organization can earn the accrual from each tab. The same tab cannot be redeemed by two different organizations.

How are funds accounted for and dispensed?
Account balances may be checked at any time by telephoning the Program Administrator Toll Free @ 855-884-9405 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, Monday–Friday.

All monies accrued will be dispensed bi-annually directly to the organization via US Postal Service.  In addition, the organization is expected to mention AirLite Animal Bedding as a sponsor of any event in all public information and related materials, and allow AirLite Animal Bedding to be represented by one or more employees at any event.

How does an organization become an official Bedding for Bucks Program participant?
The president or other appropriate officer of an organization may complete a letter of agreement stating the organization’s wish to participate and adhere to all rules governing the program located on our website, sign, and fax or email to our office. This is required annually.

As part of this agreement, the organization will also furnish AirLite Animal Bedding the designate an officer or other member as the contact person for administrating the program. For each participating organization, the program becomes effective from the date specified in the letter of agreement. This letter remains in effect until further notice. Either party may cancel the agreement with written notification at any time.

Who are the contact persons for questions regarding the program?
All questions or comments regarding the Bedding for Bucks Program should be referred to Program Administrator, (855-884-9405). The Bedding for Bucks Program is administered entirely by AirLite Animal Bedding from our West Chester, PA headquarters.  Local AirLite Animal Bedding dealers are not involved in any manner in the administration of this program.

Rules and regulations regarding the Bedding for Bucks Program contained on this sheet supersede all previously published information and are effective June 13, 2011. AirLite Animal Bedding reserves the right to change or terminate this program upon evaluation on an annual basis.

Online Letter of Agreement

This letter of agreement, upon the signatures of duly authorized representatives of AirLite Florida, LLC  and (legal name of organization as shown on your income tax return) ,(mailing address) shall establish the participation of (legal name of organization) , in the Bedding for Bucks Program beginning on (date) . This agreement will need to be renewed annually. Either party may nullify this contract by written notice.  (legal name of organization) certifies itself to be a non-profit organization. Also, for purposes of official communications and notifications, the following person is designated as the official contact for the organization.

Tax I.D. number must match records on file with the IRS in order for redemption checks to be mailed.
Under the terms of this agreement, AirLite Animal Bedding will place into an accrual account the following credits for “proofs of purchase” of purchase seals=5¢ ea. For the purpose of the Bedding for Bucks Program and this agreement, “proof of purchase seals” are the Kwik Loc Tabs found at the top of the AirLite Animal Bedding bags. Program Administrator, AirLite Animal Bedding, 1325 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.   Submissions may be made as often as desired. NOTE—All must be counted and put in an envelope.  AirLite Animal Bedding shall send disbursement checks to the organization’s designated contact bi-annually.  By accepting our funds your organization must mention AirLite Animal Bedding as the sponsor on all public information. This letter shall constitute the entire agreement between AirLite Animal Bedding and the organizations with respect to the Bedding for Bucks Program. No additional requirements or obligations shall be expected of either party under this agreement.
